Phil's Diner is the spot that Chino always goes to take a break, relax, have a bite to eat and talk to his old buddy Phil. Chino has know Phil all of his life. Phil has always been the whisper in Chino's ear when it came to moral dilemmas. Phil always knew the right thing to do.
Phil started his diner back in 2950s. It was a just a tiny little burger joint with the waitresses with their rocket powered roller blades. Ya know the old timey joints. Well Phil turned his profits and his little hole in the wall joint into a classy little speakeasy joint, with everything from live jazz to tiny plays. The best part is. You can still get the classic Phil Burger but now you can get it with a side of a Rye Manhattan, UP, LOL.
